I now have 21 applications for my group blogging offer, which I am delighted with. I know many, who have applied will be wondering, whether they will be able to cope with blogging, especially the technology aspect of it.
If you are looking for inspiration, I suggest you check out the blog of Maryam from Marrakesh. Maryam started blogging little more then a year ago. Up to that, she didn’t know anything about blogging and readily admits she isn’t very technical. Yet, she has picked up numerous awards for her blog, as well as being nominated for a Bloggy, the equivalent of an Oscar for blogging.
Thats the great thing about blogging. You don’t really need to know a lot of technical stuff. What’s important is the quality and originality of your content and to a certain extent how you promote your blog.
Maryams blog is extremely well written, imaginative and she has a great visual sense as well, which makes her stand out as a blogger. She also highlights lots of artisan work. I really recommend that you take a look through her blog. Its exotic, eccentric and magical.
